Victoria holds a B.S. Degree in Textile and Apparel Design from Cornell University and is retired from a career in international sales within the specialty chemicals industry.
Born in the Finger Lakes of New York, Victoria now resides in Fernandina Beach, Florida with her husband Bill. They share two children and six grandchildren.
